Libya’s NOC pushes ahead with plans to increase output

As 2024 approaches, the National Oil Corporation (NOC) is under pressure to announce significant increases in oil output. In 2022, the NOC announced that it would take 3-5 years to increase oil production to 2 million barrels per day, with expectations that by the end of 2022 the NOC would be able to increase production to 1.4 million barrels per day.
